Life can feel overwhelming, especially when you are navigating anxiety, trauma, relationships, emotional overwhelm, or simply trying to make sense of who you are. I believe therapy should be a space where you feel safe, understood, and supported without fear of judgment. My goal is to create an environment where you can show up authentically, explore your experiences, and move toward healing in a way that feels meaningful to you.
I am passionate about working with young adults, college students, and neurodivergent individuals navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, relationship difficulties, shame, and emotional invalidation. I especially enjoy supporting clients who may feel misunderstood, emotionally overwhelmed, or disconnected from themselves and are seeking greater self-awareness, healing, and authenticity.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, trauma-informed, and neurodiversity-affirming. I strive to create an emotionally safe and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel deeply understood rather than pathologized. I believe healing begins with curiosity, self-compassion, and understanding the deeper “why” behind emotions, behaviors, and nervous system responses.
I naturally gravitate toward approaches such as Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment-based therapy, mindfulness, somatic and nervous system-based interventions, person-centered therapy, and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I also enjoy incorporating psychoeducation to help clients better understand the connection between their experiences, thoughts, emotions, relationships, and patterns of coping.
I believe growth and healing happen when we feel emotionally safe enough to explore ourselves honestly and compassionately. Whether you are working through trauma, struggling with self-criticism, or learning how to better understand yourself, I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing, self-compassion, and emotional wellness.
