Purpose and Goals: Stress Management: The primary purpose of the group is to provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to learn effective strategies for managing stress. Self-Care: The group also aims to promote self-care practices that enhance physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Group Composition: Participants: The group may consist of individuals from various backgrounds and age groups who are experiencing stress in different aspects of their lives. Facilitator: Amy Lawing, Clinical Therapist Intern will be leading the group. She will be providing guidance, structure, and expertise in stress management and self-care techniques.
Meeting Frequency and Duration: The group meets virtually on Wednesday from 6pm-7pm CST for 6 weeks.
