Through guided discussions, creative expression, and skill-building activities, we’ll work together to reduce self-harming behaviors and promote emotional healing. This group offers judgment-free support and practical tools to help you regain control and rediscover your strength.

Facilitated by Michael Tidwell, Clinical Therapist Intern, this 8-week group meets on Mondays from 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM at Reflections Counseling Group, located at 2603 Elm Hill Pike, Ste K, Nashville, TN 37214.
